Season Nine, Mark Ballas, 2 time winner of Dancing With the Stars was teamed with actress  Melissa Joan Hart  The show experimented with several new dances, including the Charleston.  Mark choreographed a routine that catered to his partner’s strengths and was creative and entertaining.  This routine scored a 28, taking them to the top of the leaderboard and earning them the encore dance.
